The 6690R-C is a high-volume countertop single flavor, remote refrigeration, frozen drink machine. The Spaceman 6690R-C can be configured to run anywhere from 1-4 units on our remote refrigeration system.
We use a digital scroll compressor which means the compressor automatically adjusts capacity from 10-100%, depending on what the system is calling for. We have rated this system to achieve full capacity at 120 Fahrenheit – this is the ultimate hot climate margarita and frozen drink set up!
1-3 units on a system will product outputs of the 6690-C machine: 6 x 8oz serving per minute, per machine, continuously.
Add a 4th unit to the system and the output will remain the same, except when all machines are calling for refrigeration, in which case the output may drop to 4 x 8oz servings per minute, per machine, continuously. This is at 120 degrees ambient.

High volume operations can reply on the 6690R-C to serve milkshakes, smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, margaritas, or other frozen cocktails. Patented freezing technology makes for a fast recovery time in the 7.3qt cylinder, producing 60 quarts per hour, or 240 x 8oz drinks per hour.

Pre-cooling in the hopper refrigerates product before entering the freezing cylinder, further improving the freeze down time – it also means this model carries food safety approval for storing product overnight, including dairy.
